I am currently a receptionist/service co-ordinator for a forklift company. I would like to enrol in a course (outside of work hours) to become a travel consultant to work somewhere like flight centre. Can anyone provide me with information on how i can best go about this? I currently live in Townsville Australia, but am moving to Sydney. Also... any ideas on how much this occupation pays? Thanks.

Why is it when you ask for your ham or chicken b****t the staff slice it and place it on top of the plastic bag then wrap it in butchers paper, rather than actually putting the sliced meat in the plastic bag also. Is it to save time? It annoys me.

I live in Australia currently working in the project management and software development field with 10+ years experience in IT. Are there many opportunities for IT project managers in Dubai? I have recently completed a Diploma of project management and managed several IT projects over the past few years. I am thinking of starting an IT masters degree next year to get higher qualifications, but would a Diploma be enough to get a job in Dubai? Does anyone know the approximate salary and benefits I should ask for if I was to apply for a position? Thanks Melissa

Hi, I'm trying to find work either as an Administration Officer or Assistant but have been finding it difficult. I have graduated with a Bachelor of Languages from an Australian University, taught English for three years overseas and also did some administrative work at a university. I have previously completed a certificate III in Business Administration and I have considered doing either a Masters in International Studies or another TAFE course such as the Business Admin certificate IV as well as volunteer while I apply for admin jobs. Is certificate III enough? Would it be beneficial to do the certificate IV and possibly the Diploma in Business Administration as well or is it not necessary? What is the best way to find work in Administration?
